Stretching before exercize

Before work on muscle it makes sence to stretch antagonist muscle group to decrease restrictions.
Espacialy when there is weak underactive muscle stretching or deep preasure  to release or inhibit strong antagonist is crucial.

Example: Iliacus -weak target muscle for strengthening
Glut Medius - restrict full hip flexion (with kne flexed)
Before work on iliacus apply presure on gl med with tenis bal
