Proper Stretch & Strengthening technique for Tr.Points

Proper Stretch Exercise technique for Tender/Tr Point muscles.  
Stretch before pain barrier(No pain!!!). Hold for 5 sec. Every 1 hour. No discomfort or pain flare after stretching exercise.

Proper Strengthening Exercise Technique.
Adjust Repetition& weight so no paint increase after.
Twice a day. If feel pain increasing after decrease repetitions.
