Tenis Elbow Eccentric Strengthening Protocol

SUMMARY.
Treatment for Target muscles with Tendenitis/wrist extensors. Eccentric exercise. 1-3 lbs load.
Purpose: Strengthening & Elongating

Strengthening for opposite muscle group: Consentric
Purpose: Strengthening & Shortening

Using manually controlled resisting force through Thera-Band.
